While not a new concept, Slow Travel has seen an increase in PR over the last couple of years. As we return to vacation, people are opting for longer stays, more immersive time in nature, and looking to book with companies, like Pravassa, who have a focus on sustainable and regenerative travel.
Mental Health & Psychedelics

No matter your life circumstance, the pandemic has been traumatic and collectively we are looking for ways in which to address how we’ve been feeling. We like how Dr. Gabor Mate approaches the understanding of trauma, "Trauma is not what happens to you, it's what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you." With Gen Z leading the social conversation, we have seen an uptick in scientific studies surrounding psychedelic-assisted therapy. Participation in traditional religious structures has steadily been on the decline for the past decade. And with the advancement in technology it is easier than ever to find your ‘tribe’ online. We are emerging from the pandemic seeking a deeper awareness of ourselves and aiming to find our higher purpose. Be on the lookout for more and more companies, products, and travel opportunities emerge to combat loneliness and unease, making critical thinking more imperative than ever before to avoid falling into a trap of conspirituality.
