The pandemic exposed the need for modern, relatable wellness content that is inclusive and accessible. The Wander Home series’ goal is to establish an accessible offering by partnering with authentic, vetted, wellness educators to create content that engages and grows the wellness community.

Customer interviews validated the need to break away from the wellness status quo by shining a light on talent that would offer varying perspectives and prove useful to the customer experience of fostering a wellness journey. The best way to achieve growth and success was to partner with an expanding network of educators to widen the reach of everyone involved.

With 15+ years of wellness industry experience, I accessed and leveraged my extensive network. Using data and insights from customer interviews along with engaging the community via social media polls, I developed the series themes and content strategies. By partnering with the wellness talent, we collaborated to determine the length of videos as well as create exclusive content for the series.

Branding guidelines were established and implemented and 21 videos were art directed and produced in order to help both Wander Home and the talent establish wellness work that everyone was proud of and could cross-promote to their audiences.

In listening to the market and meeting the moment, the Wander Home series received rave reviews. From reflecting more diversity on screen to introducing people to different facets of wellness, we were able to organically grow the mailing list from a couple of hundred to 10K+ in a few months. Sales of the series averaged a steady 33% month-over-month growth and the continued customer engagement allowed for additional development of the series in the form of Instagram Lives and a one-day virtual wellness summit produced in collaboration with a national magazine partner.
