CHALLENGE
With the launch of additional programming, Lifestyle Redesign, an innovative Pilates and nutrition company, needed to keep clients up-to-date and streamline the messaging in order to communicate effectively with long-standing clients.

PERSPECTIVE
Operating for over ten years, Lifestyle Redesign offered in-person pilates and nutrition support through a set number of offerings to long-standing clients. The member experience had stagnated as the funnel flowed toward a steady business. With the onset of the pandemic and moving the business online, the company needed a new approach, providing different ways for clients to understand new offerings and easily engage.

APPROACH
After a comprehensive review of the company’s current marketing and communications along with a deep understanding of the new programming, I sat with the CEO to create a new structure. Together we implemented a pop-up on the website to announce the new programming, created an easy-to-use newsletter template, and laid out a year-long content calendar.

IMPACT
Throughout the roll out of the new programming the marketing and communication stayed consistent and easy to create. Our work together allowed the CEO to easily plug and play content monthly and her office hours were reduced by 50%. Monthly newsletter open rates increased 85.5% and click thru rates by 26%.
